Bayfront property (built in 1990) sleeps sixteen; has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, woodburning stove, and it's own boat dock!  Five minute walk to beach. Gas heat and air-conditioning. Sorry, no jet ski's. Dog friendly. Professionally cleaned. Organic vegetable garden.
Peak summer rental $6950; winter rentals start at $950 for a long weekend. Prices are reasonably negotiable. We provide linens and towels, beach badges, wireless, etc etc. 

Sleeps 16: king bed in master bedroom facing west; queen bed and queen sofa in large upstairs bedroom facing east; two twins in third bedroom upstairs facing south; two twins in downstairs; two fulls in second downstairs bedroom; queen sofa in living room.  3 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower.
